Neal Pender began his full time career in real estate in July 1996, after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Since then, he has been affiliated as a broker with Allen Tate Company, Prudential Carolinas Realty, RE/MAX Signature Properties, RE/MAX Gold, Keller Williams, Wilson Realty, and now, his own firm, Impact Carolinas Realty, LLC.
Along the way, Neal has spent thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours in coaching, seminars, and courses, perfecting his systems and expertise in market analysis, negotiation, client management, ethics training, social media marketing, and much more. Also in 2018, in his spare time, Neal began teaching fellow brokers and those wishing to enter the industry. A few times a month, Neal might teach continuing education, pre-licensing, or one of the three post licensing courses required by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.
“Teaching my fellow brokers keeps me sharp on the laws, rules, and current events in the industry. And that, in turn, proves to be a benefit to my clients, both buyers and sellers.”
Neal utilizes the latest in technology and social media marketing to generate business and get his clients’ listings sold in their preferred time frames and for top dollar. He stays on top of the most current and effective methods in social media and he loves the creative freedom made possible under his very own firm.
“Starting my own firm was the best decision I’ve ever made in over 26 years. It gives me total freedom to steer this ship as needed by the ever-changing marketing opportunities available through social media. And that counts, because that’s where the clients are.”
